About Us
Hurricane / ”U” Softball is a 14U select softball team based out of Denton, Texas that was formed to provide girls with a positive and safe environment to learn and compete in competitive softball at the highest level.
Our mission is to provide the girls an opportunity where they can develop athletic skills and build self-esteem to prepare them for life after sports, while learning to play the game of fastpitch softball.
“U” Softball is dedicated to the principles of teamwork, friendship, leadership, sportsmanship, and citizenship. We expect our managers, coaches, players, and parents to live by these principles both on and off the field.
Sponsorship
The 2011 Hurricane Fastpitch Softball season is well underway and we need your assistance. The Hurricane Softball Club is a non-profit softball organization with the goal to teach girls the game of softball through competition and teamwork. The average cost for one player to participate is $250 per season and this season. We currently we have 14 girls on the team this season. Through the generosity of sponsors, we have been able to provide a healthy outlet for young girls in the community.
All proceeds will benefit the Hurricanes Softball Club, which is a 501-(c)(3) non-profit organization. EIN: 45-2667849
